1.First , add a mixture of sand , white cement , & some water in a disposable bowl . When the thickness of the cement are ok , put it on the plastic plate used for base . Without the base , the dio made could collapse or crack.
2.Add the rock like toy on the mixture , make sure that the added materials are sinked deep into the mixture. Add some sticks at the back of the added materials so it wont fall off for the desired design.
3.Using a brush , make some additional details on the surface.
4.Add some small detailed rocks for additional details.
5.Then , cut out some styrofoam lenghtwise , prick some edges to make it more asteroid or rock like. Even the stryro shavings are added to act as small rocks.
6.added more white cement on the surface to make the mixture dry faster & seal it also. When the desired design is achieve, move the dio under a direct sunlight to make it dry faster.
7.The paints used were , flat gray for primer (eats/melts the styro adding some rock like effect), red for rust & asteroid looking effect , gold & silver paints for additional elements such as asteroid compositions and a few shades of black for in depth effect
